With more than three decades of international experience transforming high-growth businesses as an executive leader, CEO, trusted advisor, consultant, and Board Director, I bring to Illumetis a rare combination of deep operational leadership, governance expertise, and a genuine love for ongoing learning, personal development and growth.

My career has spanned executive and board roles across ASX-listed, private, and not-for-profit sectors. From retail, travel and aviation to financial services, property and construction I have helped shape strategy, strengthen culture, improve operational efficiency and alignment to drive profit and deliver sustainable and successful growth. As a graduate of Harvard Business School (2017) I have a commitment to ongoing learning and awareness of how best to leverage global best practice to best advantage.

I have successfully led large, complex teams and organisations through major transformational change and growth, and I now serve as a non-executive director, advisory board member and advisor across multiple organisations. These experiences have shown me that delivering effective transformation depends as much on the context and nuances of approach as much as best practice methodology. I thrive on solving complex organisational problems and behavioural issues, and building environments where good governance, high performing cultures, and innovation thrive together.
